The topping-out party of building 2 of the KUH was celebrated with the builders, guests and Kristina Brask
As behoves the ritual, there was pea soup, mustard and beer on offer, this time served by Servica, of course. The working men, speakers, designers and developers shared the tables in festive spirits in the still unfinished high and bright light lobby of the top-notch hospital, soon to be full of hotter-than-hot operations. The organic shapes of the already completed main lobby will be recognisable here too, but in a more composed manner. Here the red familiar from the main lobby changes into blue. Thus the colour of the water intimately associated with the Evolution façade artwork is present also indoors. The coming entrance canopies are handsome little brethren of the just-completed main lobby Syke (Pulse) canopy.
All this is in the plans, on paper, in visions and completed in late 2014. The site is on schedule in spite of all the mishaps that are traditionally already laughed at the topping-out party.
