MATRIX PART 4: Protective screen divan Matrix
Jaana Partanen’s Matrix exhibition is a wholly new kind of art experience. Art delves into the wonder world of dreams with new, unprecedented means. It is also an unprecedented spatial world of experience that requires new kinds of furniture to be developed. What was needed were a safe ”nest” for using 3D Mixed Reality glasses and a relaxing piece of furniture for listening to audio voyage. The transforming, light-glowing protective screen divan Matrix was born. And thanks to Ergo-Kaluste Ltd, that Matrix furniture can be experienced in première at the Salo Art Museum from 29th March, 2014.
