3D photographic artworks on show in Technology City Oulu
Welcome to see the Mental Alchemy exhibition at the Northern Photographic Centre in Oulu from 19 January to 24 February, 2013. The artworks are on display at the Rantagalleria of Cultural Centre Valve.
It is great that Jaana’s 3D photographic artworks are on display in Oulu, as photographic art has strong roots in the city. The exhibition’s multidimensional 3D technique surely also fascinates technology experts, while people of the medical branch find many elements familiar to them in the contents of the exhibition. In many ways,Oulu is also a city personally intimate to us – a twin city. Now, after the consolidation of municipalities, I can myself say I hail from Oulu!
You are all heartily welcome to the opening of the exhibition on the 18th of January, 2013, at 6 p.m. Piia Rantala-Korhonen, the new deputy mayor of the new Greater Oulu, will open the exhibition.
