Mental Alchemy and egg white
Albumen invigorates cerebral activity. The Alchemy drink prepared by barman Mikko Kemppainen of Intro, Kuopio, has got it, like many other healthy ingredients. Mikko designed the Alchemy drink for the première of the Mental Alchemy exhibition in September 2011. Now it is the favourite of Intro’s drink list! Go try it out when you happen to be in those parts. You can certainly also try it at home. Here are the ingredients, with Mikko’s and Intro’s permission:
Alchemy sour
Bols Natural Yoghurt
De Kuyper Mango
Lemon juice
sugar syrup
passion fruit
egg white
orange bitters
