Mental Alchemy – or rather Mental alkemi – exhibition opening in Stockholm!
The next days will see the final sprint before the opening of the Mental alkemi exhibition on the 14th of November at 6 p.m. at the Finnish Institute in Stockholm. The last important tasks still remain to be done. Nothing can be left to chance. The works are packed gently but firmly into crates and sent on their way. The checklist is run through several times in order to ensure that nothing important has escaped notice. Lastly, the crates are unpacked on-site, and the exhibition is mounted on show with precise piety. It is always exciting to notice how varied work of many months starts to take shape little by little. And this time not least because this is Jaana’s first individual exhibition outside Finland!
All are heartily welcome to the opening of the exhibition and to hear the director of the Nationalmuseum, Berndt Arell’s opening words!
